Well There Is Sims which is where you control a person you could make it look like you!
There is Tony Hawks where you can make your self and do skateboarding and the series of Tony Hawks are actually brilliant!

I know there’s a video game called Designer’s World. It’s great for practice. It teaches you how to handle your money and what the judges like and dislike. If that’s not what you’re looking for, there’s also the Project Runway Fashion Design Sets. It’s not really a game but a good way to teach you how to sketch an outfit.
